TooDue

Terms of Use

Last updated October 29, 2026

By creating a TooDue account or using the TooDue apps, you agree to these terms.

The service

TooDue is currently free and in active development. Features may change, and we may introduce paid plans in the future; we'll tell you before anything you use stops being free.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up. You must be at least 13 years old.

Your content

You own what you put into TooDue. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you and the people you share projects with.

Acceptable use

Don't use TooDue to break the law, upload malware, harass people, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

TooDue is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Apple and Google app stores

If you downloaded TooDue from the App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and TooDue, not Apple or Google. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
